Applicants with 5-10 years of experience and should be ex-servicemen / paramilitary force members or retired police inspector with good man-management skills and be well versed with safety and security measures. Ability to interact with relevant authorities is essential and knowledge of security operations and procedures of various initiatives. Candidates having experience in managing Construction sites, Builders, Hotels, auditorium, theatre, hotel would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards, duty rosters and daily deployment.
- Monitor CCTV, access control and other security systems.
- Liaise with Police, Fire Brigade, Traffic Police, and other authorities whenever required.
- Maintain security/incident reports and immediately report any reliable incident to Management.
- Ensure discipline, alertness and professional conduct of all security personnel.
