Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, vigilant, and proactive Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a protected and secure environment for employees, visitors, and facility premises. You will monitor security systems, manage access control, enforce facility regulations, and handle emergency situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Access Control & Visitor Management: Control entry and exit points for staff, visitors, vendors, and vehicles. Maintain logs, verify credentials, and issue visitor badges.
- Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols around the facility premises, monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, and safety hazards to prevent security breaches.
- Incident Response & Investigation: Respond swiftly to emergencies, fire alarms, medical situations, or unauthorized intrusions. Report and document security incidents or policy violations promptly.
- Inventory & Asset Protection: Oversee secure movement of materials, check gate passes, inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, and prevent theft, vandalism, or property damage.
- Safety & Enforcements:



Enforce company security policies, safety protocols, and statutory compliance. Conduct basic safety checks (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, perimeter lighting).
- Reporting: Maintain shift logbooks, complete daily activity reports, and document incidents accurately for management review.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: High School Diploma / 10+2 diploma or equivalent (Degree/Diploma in Security Management is a plus).
- Experience: 2–5 years of security experience in manufacturing, corporate, industrial, or commercial environments. Ex-servicemen / retired defense / paramilitary personnel preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CCTV surveillance operations, access control systems, gate pass registers, and basic alarm systems.
- Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Shifts / Day & Night]
