We are hiring a disciplined and alert Security Officer for our manufacturing facility located in Naidupeta (Tirupati District). The ideal candidate must be an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Army.We welcome applications from recently retired army personnel looking to start their civilian corporate career (Freshers), as well as individuals with prior corporate security experience in the Manufacturing/Industrial sector.Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gate Operations: Monitor and manage daily main gate entry/exit for employees, visitors, materials, and transport vehicles.

- Security Vigilance: Maintain strict vigilance to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or security breaches.

- Site Monitoring: Conduct regular patrolling of the manufacturing plant premises and monitor CCTV/boundaries.

- Log Management:



Ensure accurate documentation of material inward/outward registers and visitor logs.

- Emergency Response: Handle safety or security incidents calmly and report them promptly to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Must-Have: Minimum service in the Indian Army (Ex-Servicemen only).

- Experience: Open to Army Freshers OR Experienced candidates.

- Industry Preference: For experienced candidates, manufacturing industry or plant exposure is mandatory.

- Attributes: High integrity, physical fitness, disciplined approach, and basic reporting skills.
