We are looking for a responsible and active person for the position of Security Guard Rounder + Recruiter .

Key Responsibilities: Visit security sites regularly and check guards’ attendance, uniform and discipline. Monitor security guards and ensure proper duty performance. Handle site-related issues and coordinate with the office team.

Recruit security guards as per company requirements. Search and contact candidates through calls, WhatsApp and other sources. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Arrange immediate deployment of selected candidates at client sites.

Maintain proper coordination between security guards, candidates and the office team. Willingness to travel to different client sites in Mumbai.

Requirements: Valuable communication and coordination skills. Field work and travelling required. Security or recruitment experience will be preferred. Must be responsible, active and punctual. Immediate joiners preferred.
