Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Security

Executive will oversee daily security operations across the property, including monitoring access control, safeguarding guests, members, and staff, and ensuring the protection of physical assets and critical information.

Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, coordinating with external security vendors, conducting routine inspections of surveillance systems, and maintaining incident logs and reports.



The role involves assessing risks, implementing security protocols and standard operating procedures, supporting emergency response and evacuation plans, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

The Security

Executive will collaborate with operations, events, and facility teams to provide a safe environment for hospitality experiences, gatherings, and curated events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Physical Security skills, including access control management, surveillance operations, crowd control, and incident responses.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with cross-functional teams, and engagement with guests and vendors.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, corporate, or facility security operations, including managing security staff and working with security technologies (CCTV, access systems, alarms), is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in security management, information technology, criminal justice, or a related field, along with professional certifications (such as security or cybersecurity credentials), is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, knowledge of local safety regulations, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are preferred.
