? Open Positions & Shift Requirements

L1 Support Analyst

- Experience: 2–4 years
- Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

L2 Security Analyst

- Experience: 5–10 years
- Shift: US Business Hours – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

? Key Responsibilities

- Scan & Validate: Perform vulnerability assessments across enterprise infrastructure, endpoints, and databases.
- Risk Evaluation: Analyze scan results, research published CVEs and vendor advisories, and evaluate business risk using CVSS scoring.
- Remediation Tracking: Log tickets, assign tasks to asset owners, track progress, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Reporting: Create compliance dashboards and track KPIs to improve the organization's risk posture.

? Role Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT,



Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS, basic networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Compliance & Frameworks: Familiarity with PCI DSS, CIS Benchmarks, and NIST frameworks.
- Certifications – Preferred: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or GIAC foundational certifications.

? Preferred Experience – Top Priority

- Vulnerability Management Tools: Solid hands-on experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning platforms such as Qualys, Tenable (Nessus/Tenable.sc/Tenable.io), or Rapid7.
- L2 Priority: Hands-on experience with Rapid7 is highly preferred for the L2 Security Analyst role.
- Risk Management: Knowledge of risk-based prioritization and exception validation workflows.
- Compliance Standards: Familiarity with PCI DSS and CIS Controls.
- Automation Skills – L2 Focus: Basic scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs for data and trend analysis.
