Job Title: Section Head – Clothing Retail

About the Role:

We are hiring a hands-on Section Head to manage retail sales floor operations for our clothing department. You will lead floor staff, ensure striking visual merchandising, manage stock replenishment, and elevate the overall shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily floor activities of section sales associates, assign targets, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Execute visual merchandising plans, organize garment displays, and maintain clean, well-stocked fitting rooms and racks.
- Monitor section sales metrics daily, track quick-moving stock, and coordinate stockroom replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, assist with fit/styling choices,



and handle service escalations professionally.
- Assist store management with periodic stock audits, inventory counts, and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
- 2+ years of experience as a floor supervisor, team leader, or senior associate in an apparel or fashion retail store.
- Deep understanding of garment categories, seasonal trends, and visual merchandising techniques.
- Robust leadership, customer-handling, and sales ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
