Job Requirements
Proven experience in microfinance or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
Robust knowledge of microfinance products and services, including credit, savings, and insurance.
Excellent leadership,

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations, particularly in microfinance.
Experience in managing teams and supervising staff to achieve targets.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
