Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor collection performance across assigned branches.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Manage overdue, delinquent and NPA accounts.
Handle field collection operations and ensure timely recovery.
Lead, manage and motivate the collection team.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and Operations teams.
Monitor PAR, DPD, X-NPA and write-off portfolio.
Prepare MIS and regular collection reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and RBI/MFI collection guidelines.
