Role & responsibilities
Tele-calling and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Generate leads and support inside sales activities.
Understand customer requirements and provide product information.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Support sales targets and lead conversion.
Handle basic back-office documentation and data entry.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Freshers can also apply; experience in tele-calling or inside sales will be an advantage.
