Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training for stores across the assigned state.
Travel extensively within the state for regular store visits and operational support.
Coordinate with Marketing for store-level promotions and campaigns.
Coordinate with Finance to resolve store-related queries.
Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and timely resolution of store issues.

Travel: Extensive travel within the assigned state required.
