Role & responsibilities
Manage the overall operations and business performance of the gold loan branch.
Achieve monthly and annual business, disbursement, collection, and revenue targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers while developing recent customer segments and local business opportunities.
Monitor overdue accounts, follow up with customers for timely repayments, and support collection and recovery activities.
Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to identify prospects for business growth.
Monitor daily branch activities, MIS, business reports, collections, portfolio quality, and employee productivity.
Ensure accurate assessment of gold purity, weight, valuation, and applicable loan-to-value (LTV) as per company policy.
