Role & responsibilities

Handling multiple open positions every month, across entry, mid and senior level - mostly for manufacturing companies

This will be a Work from Home chance.
Client Management: understand the company culture, technical requirements, and specific hiring goals.
Candidate Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and track hiring stages.
Client Updates: Provide regular reports and candidate shortlists to client hiring managers.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between clients and candidates,



and prepare candidates thoroughly before their client interviews.
Offer Negotiation: Assist with salary negotiations, closing candidates, and managing the onboarding handoff.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing or consulting agency. Positive experience of hiring for manufacturing / product based companies is a must.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and solid negotiation skills
Performance Focus: Ability to convert open profiles into closures.
