Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career options.
Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand students requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Explain course structure, fees, batches, schedules, and admission process.
Maintain student inquiry and admission records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Coordinate with faculty and the academic team for student-related queries.
Maintain valuable relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and counseling abilities.
Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM.
Fluency in English and Gujarati; Hindi will be an advantage.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
