4. Have to take minimum 2 periods everyday
5. Correct 100 notebooks everyday / track which all teachers (of their subject) is lacking in corrections and maintain the report and ensure the lagging corrections are updated
6. Fill up for any teacher who is suddenly missing
7. Preprimary HOD has to take 2 hours of training sessions everyday : teachers and maids
