Role & responsibilities
Develop and expand distributor and dealer network to drive business growth
Identify current business opportunities and strengthen channel partnerships
Manage and drive channel sales and distributor sales activities
Formulate and implement business development strategies for long-term success
Maintain MIS reporting and track sales performance
Take ownership of territory sales target and ensure achievement
Drive sales performance by increasing volumes and expanding distribution

Preferred candidate Profile
15 to 20 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Bachelors degree (Any Graduate)
Experience in FMCG industry is mandatory.
Robust leadership & team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decision
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
