The Role You will work directly with firm leadership to identify operational choke points and deploy tools that measurably reduce turnaround time on daily accounting tasks.
Identify & Innovate: Proactively propose time-saving automation ideas to boost overall firm efficiency using any AI platform (Claude, Chat GPT or any other platforms)
Intelligent Document Processing: Build parsing pipelines to extract structured data from unstructured financial documents (bank statements, vendor invoices, tax records).
Scripting & Pipelines: Write clean, modular Python scripts to connect disparate accounting tools, spreadsheets, and internal databases (we utilize tools like Flask and SQLite).
AI Integration: Implement LLM APIs to assist in report summarization, data verification, or workflow routing.
Candidate Profile
Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or related fields (self-taught coders with robust portfolios are welcome).
Solid working knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and data extraction techniques.
Timezone Alignment: Candidates must have flexibility to overlap with Canadian Mountain Standard Time (MST),
specifically being available during MST mornings and evenings for team calls, priority syncing, and project reviews.

Interview Process If your application is shortlisted, you will receive an MS Teams video call link for a quick, 15-minute introductory interview. We ask for your flexibility regarding the interview timing to accommodate the MST schedule.
What We Offer
Fixed Stipend: 15,000 per month.
Experience Letter: A formal certificate detailing the exact production tools and automation pipelines you deployed.
Full time Conversion & Relocation: Interns who demonstrate technical excellence and deliver measurable efficiency gains will be strongly considered for permanent employment. We have historically sponsored employees for work permits to Canada, and there is a high chance of work permit sponsorship for dedicated tech and automation roles as you grow with the firm.
