Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, develop, and implement internal certification programs and competency-building initiatives
Identify and assess training needs across departments and levels, and collaborate with business verticals to create tailored learning paths
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice, and establish KPIs for competency development and employer branding initiatives
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and ensure all competency-building programs adhere to industry standards and best practices
