Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion for web and mobile applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet design standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skill Requirement:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Experience leading a team of designers and developers.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.




Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA
