Responsibilities
Lead multiple cross-functional projects;
manage scope, timelinesand client communication
Serve as senior scientific contact for evidence synthesis (ES) strategy;
guide interpretation and positioning of results of systematic literature review/ network meta-analysis to mid- to senior-level clients
Develop sections of global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and related HTA deliverables
Lead proposal writing and identify current business opportunities to drive account growth
Line manages 2–4 junior team members;
oversee mentoring, training, and recruitment activities
Lead internal innovation — refine processes, templates, and methodologies;
develop tool roadmaps;
lead webinars and demo of apps
Identify impactful research topics, lead manuscript and podium presentation development

Qualifications
PhD or Masters in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology,



or a related discipline.
At least 6+ years of experience in evidence synthesis, systematic literature reviews, and HTA submissions.

Skills
Proficiency in SLRs, NMAs, and evidence synthesis methods for HTA and payer submissions
Robust expertise in EndNote, SLR software and statistical software for meta-analysis.
Ability to manage client relationships independently and anticipate/resolve delivery challenges
Portfolio management capability — delivery oversight, resourcing optimization, and risk management
People management capability — coaching, performance development, and team coordination
Scientific thought leadership — senior review of manuscripts, posters, and podium presentations
Scientific writing skills with experience in manuscripts, abstracts, and dossier development
