Shinon Healthcare is looking for a Healthcare Administration Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation
Maintain records, files, trackers, and internal databases
Handle emails, correspondence, documentation, and routine follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams, hospitals, and external stakeholders
Assist with patient-related documentation and administrative requirements
Prepare and maintain reports and operational updates
Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
Support general administrative and coordination requirements
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across records and documentation

Solid organisational and documentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and digital documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently

Preferred Background

BDS or another medical/healthcare educational background preferred.

Prior experience in healthcare administration, coordination, documentation, or a similar role will be an advantage.
