Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for conducting keyword research, executing on-page optimization, and managing link-building initiatives to improve organic search rankings. The specialist will perform regular SEO audits, track performance using web analytics tools, and prepare reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.

Daily work includes collaborating with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets, monitoring industry trends,



and adjusting strategies to maintain and grow search visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO to optimize content and site structure.
- Candidates should possess skills in SEO audits to identify technical issues, and in web analytics to measure and interpret performance data.
- Candidates should possess skills in link building to develop and maintain high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major search engines, SEO tools (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and leading SEO platforms), and current SEO best practices.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in SEO or digital marketing, robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; proven hands-on experience may be considered in place of formal education.
