Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager. The SEO Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic to EXIDE CARE ADIPUR’s digital properties.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed SEO audits, performing keyword research, analyzing web analytics data, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO best practices. The role also involves coordinating link-building efforts, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and monitoring search performance to identify opportunities for growth. The SEO Manager will regularly report on key metrics, stay current with search engine algorithm updates, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance rankings and user experience.

Qualifications





- Strong SEO Audits and Keyword Research skills, with the ability to identify technical, on-page, and content optimization opportunities.
- Experience in Link Building and off-page SEO, including outreach, partnerships, and ethical backlink strategies.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance, interpret data, and guide decision-making.
- Solid understanding of Marketing principles, including digital marketing channels and how SEO integrates with broader campaigns.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO basics (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability), and best practices for metadata and site structure.
- Comfort working in a remote, cooperative environment with strong time management and self-organization skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with common SEO tools (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an SEO-focused role and familiarity with local SEO strategies for regional businesses is an advantage.
