Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for client and internal projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, monitoring performance via analytics tools, and identifying opportunities for link building and outreach. The role also involves collaborating with developers, content creators, and marketing stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, self-management, and consistent delivery of results.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize content and site structure.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in SEO Audits to evaluate technical health, content quality, and overall site performance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Link Building to develop ethical, effective strategies for improving domain authority and visibility.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics to track KPIs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable SEO improvements.
- Familiarity with major SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with development and content teams to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in SEO.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced setting.
