What You'll Do

→ Lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple client projects

→ Manage SEO Executives, Interns, and Content Writers to drive execution

→ Balance hands-on SEO work with team management and mentoring

→ Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends

What We're Looking For

→ 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience

→ Proficiency in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Screaming Frog

→ Experience managing SEO for websites with 50K+ monthly organic sessions

→ Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

→ Ability to translate SEO strategy into clear, actionable execution plans In Your First 90 Days

→ Take ownership of end-to-end SEO for at least 3 clients

→ Work closely with the SEO and Content teams to drive execution and results

How We Evaluate You

→ 3–5 days of hands-on SEO work

→ Work will be similar to the responsibilities you will handle from Day 1
