Position: Export Pricing Manager

Location: Delhi

Experience: 8+ Years in Sea Export Pricing

CTC: Up to ₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Sea Export Pricing operations, ensuring competitive and commercially viable rates.
- Coordinate with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, Freight Forwarders, and overseas agents for FCL/LCL rates.
- Negotiate contract rates, FAK rates, spot rates, and named account rates with carriers.
- Obtain and maintain ocean freight rates, origin/destination charges, free time, and other applicable surcharges.
- Prepare and maintain rate sheets, tariff sheets, pricing databases, and customer-specific quotations.
- Handle RFQs, tenders, and customer pricing requests within defined timelines.
- Analyse market rates and competitor pricing to ensure competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and overseas offices/agents for pricing requirements.
- Manage special pricing, project/cross-trade shipments, and urgent spot-rate requests.
- Ensure accuracy of quotations, including freight, THC, documentation, handling, and other origin/destination charges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and key vendors.
- Monitor rate validity, renewals,



amendments, and market fluctuations.
- Resolve pricing-related queries, disputes, and escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare pricing/MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience specifically in Sea Export Pricing.
- Candidates must have experience with a Freight Forwarding / Logistics company.
- Strong knowledge of FCL/LCL Sea Export pricing and international freight markets.
- Positive understanding of Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and freight terms.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple pricing requests and work within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and pricing/rate management systems will be preferred.

Compensation & Location CTC: Up to ₹80,000 per month
