Discovr AI is building an AI-native infrastructure layer for creator advertising, enabling brands and agencies to automate creator discovery, campaign execution, content intelligence, brand safety, measurement, and reporting. We are building production-grade AI systems and agentic workflows that operate across large volumes of creator, campaign, content, audience, and brand data.

What you'll do

- Build and scale backend systems and microservices using Golang
- Design scalable, event-driven architectures and backend infrastructure
- Build APIs, workers, real-time services, and distributed backend components
- Own features end-to-end, from problem statement to production
- Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Design efficient data models, indexing strategies, and MongoDB aggregation pipelines
- Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Frontend teams




- Debug, optimise, and improve systems as we scale

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years of backend development experience at an AI / B2B SaaS startup
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang
- Experience building and working with microservices
- Experience designing scalable, event-driven architectures
- Good understanding of API design, workers, WebSockets, and asynchronous processing
- Experience with Redis and message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS
- Strong understanding of databases, indexing, query optimisation, and MongoDB aggregation pipelines
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Good understanding of DSA and core computer science fundamentals
- Exposure to TypeScript / JavaScript
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Experience working in a startup or high-ownership environment
- Someone who has built systems from 0→1, preferably owning significant parts independently
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and engineering fundamentals

Bonus points

- Python / FastAPI experience
- Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or AI-powered products
- Experience with distributed systems, caching, observability, or cloud infrastructure
