Location: Pune

:

- Manage end-to-end SCM, procurement, vendor management and material planning for firefighting/EPC projects.

- Plan procurement of critical and long-lead items such as pumps, engines, motors, valves, panels, pipes and fittings.

- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for PO execution, manufacturing, inspections and timely dispatch.

- Manage inventory, stores, logistics, domestic and export dispatches.

- Negotiate with vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Monitor supply-chain risks and take corrective actions to avoid project delays and LDs.

- Ensure timely availability of materials as per project schedules and site requirements.

- Monitor vendor performance, delivery commitments and manufacturing progress of critical items.





- Ensure proper procurement, logistics and export documentation as per project and statutory requirements.

- Maintain procurement, inventory and dispatch records in SAP/ERP and prepare MIS reports.

- Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, QA/QC and Finance teams.

- Lead and manage the SCM, procurement, stores and logistics team.
