Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations / Commerce / Engineering / [Certification in SCM / Logistics / ERP / SAP will be an added advantage]

Experience: 8 12 Years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Inventory Management (FMCG / Food Processing / Spices Industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning & Coordination

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, speed, and cost effectiveness

Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Sales, QA, Finance) to forecast demand and ensure timely production and delivery

Assist logistics processes for new product development, inventory planning, manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and returns

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries

Supplier & Distributor Management

- Maintain robust and positive relationships with suppliers, transporters, and

distributors
- Manage supplier performance and negotiate commercial terms to ensure favorable

pricing and service levels
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of RM, PM, and FG across plants

Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Monitor and control inventory levels of RM, PM, and FG across locations
- Maintain minimum and optimum stock levels as per ageing norms
- Drive FIFO / LIFO practices as per company standards
- Track material ageing to avoid losses due to expiry or obsolescence
- Ensure accurate physical vs ERP stock reconciliation on a daily basis

Logistics & Transportation Management
- Coordinate demand and supply fulfilment between Dahegam & Jhalod plants




- Ensure effective vehicle utilization for both plants
- Optimize transportation costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Monitor delivery schedules, turnaround time, and logistics efficiency

ERP, Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all inward and outward transactions in ERP
- Maintain supply chain data integrity and daily audit of ERP vs physical movement
- Handle documentation related to e-way bills, sales & purchase billing, and statutory

declarations
- Read, understand, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documents
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory norms, and audit requirements

Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring Monitor and analyze SCM performance metrics and KPIs

Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters with solutions

Provide operational support and guidance to achieve short- and long-term performance goals

Team Leadership & Development

Build, lead, train, and motivate the SCM and logistics team

Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity

Guide the team to achieve desired output through training and performance monitoring

Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Cost Management, Safety & Business Growth

Focus on cost control, safety, and efficiency in all SCM activities

Identify cost-saving opportunities across procurement, warehousing, and logistics

Support business growth through reliable and scalable supply chain operations
