A partnership here starts as a cold call.
You’ve never met the principal you’re calling, and sixty seconds in you need them to hand you fifteen minutes of an assembly, or ten minutes of their own time. Then you travel to the ones who say yes and stand in that room yourself.
Half phone, half road, very little desk.
₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 a year plus travel. One to three years of experience.
WHY THIS JOB EXISTS
Let’s Enterprise runs The Working BBA, a three-year degree where the real work is the curriculum. Students run projects for real companies, do real apprenticeships, and leave with a portfolio rather than a transcript. Families choose it over a normal college with a normal degree, and that is not a small decision.
Almost nobody discovers the Working BBA on their own. A school has to say yes to a presentation. A career fair has to have a stall we’re standing at. Someone has to be the person a principal actually picks up the phone for, and then the person who shows up and makes the case to a room of students. That’s you.
HALF THE JOB: THE PHONE
- Cold call schools you’ve never spoken to, and ask the principal or the right decision-maker for time. Most of them say no, or say nothing at all.
- Get an actual date on the calendar. Not “let’s stay in touch,” a scheduled slot for a presentation, an assembly, or a career fair stall.
- Keep a live list of every school you’ve called, where each one stands, and when you’re calling back. Nothing goes cold because you forgot it.
- Follow up like it’s the job, because it is. Most yeses come from the third call, not the first.
THE OTHER HALF: ON THE ROAD
- Travel to the schools that say yes. Some weeks that’s a day trip, some weeks it’s back to back across a region.
- Stand in front of a room of students you’ve never met and make the Working BBA make sense in twenty minutes, then take their questions.
- Work career fairs. Hours on your feet at a stall,
talking to student after student and their parents.
- Hand off every interested student and parent to admissions with the context that got them interested, so the conversation doesn’t restart from zero.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- One to three years selling to schools, colleges or another kind of institution, where the buyer was a principal, a head of department or an administrator. If you have more than five years, this role sits junior to what you already do.
- You can call a stranger, get past a receptionist, and ask a busy principal for their time without flinching.
- You can hold a room of teenagers for twenty minutes and actually keep them listening.
- You’re genuinely fine with a full travel calendar. Some weeks you’re barely at a desk. Your own two-wheeler and a valid licence make this workable day to day.
- You keep a pipeline organised, in your head or on a sheet. A hundred schools, a hundred different stages, nothing slips.
NICE TO HAVE
- An existing network of schools or principals in and around Pune
- Experience specifically working a school career fair or education exhibition stall
- Marathi or Hindi alongside English, helpful well beyond Pune’s city limits
- Any CRM experience, even a spreadsheet you built and kept alive yourself
WHAT IT PAYS ₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 a year, plus travel reimbursed separately on top of that. At one to three years, expect ₹5,00,000 to ₹6,50,000. The top of the band is for someone who arrives already holding school relationships we don’t have.
HOW WE WORK
Small team, so the work is hands-on and the ownership is real from your first week. Alongside the usual leave and public holidays, we fund your learning every year, give you paid days for volunteering and for looking after yourself, and let you pick a few extra holidays that actually matter to you. How you grow here comes down to what you contribute, not your degree or your background.
WHEN YOU’D START
We’d like whoever we hire to join within a month of us making an offer. Sooner, if you can manage it.
