To efficiently administer and monitor the Company's jewellery gold purchase schemes by ensuring accurate collection reconciliation, timely communication with branches, prompt resolution of customer and showroom queries, and proper maintenance of scheme-related records.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls relating to jewellery gold purchase schemes and provide accurate information regarding scheme terms, instalments, payments and related procedures.
- Address customer queries and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Verify customer and scheme details before providing information or processing requests.
- Coordinate with the concerned showroom to resolve issues that cannot be handled at the branch level.
- Maintain records of customer complaints, queries and their resolution status.
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate authority.
- Review daily bank statements relating to scheme collections.
- Reconcile bank credits against scheme collections reported by branches/showrooms.
- Ensure that online payment details are communicated accurately and within the prescribed timeline.
- Ensure that online collections are properly accounted for against the relevant customer scheme accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of scheme collections, reconciliations, customer queries and branch communications.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information, payment details and scheme-related data.
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience (Preferrable Commerce).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling, Jewelry schemes or retail operations.
- Age below 35
- Valuable in MS Office, Internet and email applications
- Good written and oral communications in Malayalam and English (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal skill and Team Player.
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
