Technology Strategy & Transformation is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on the clients’ most strategic priorities in the technology transformation space. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative business and technology transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

We provide you with a great learning ground, deep-rooted in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture & Technology Consulting, where you will get an prospect to advise and work with our key global clients in the Industrial Manufacturing, driving end-to-end transformative and strategic value, business growth and cost optimization. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

- Technology Strategy & Industrial Digital Reinvention: Defining and implementing Digital, Technology, IT–OT and Cloud strategies for industrial and manufacturing clients, translating business and operational priorities into pragmatic transformation roadmaps and investment plans.
- IT–OT Strategy, Architecture & Transformation: Assessing current IT–OT landscapes and defining target-state strategies and architectures across enterprise, plant and edge environments. Developing IT–OT convergence roadmaps spanning connectivity, integration, data, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and operating models.
- Enterprise Architecture & Digital Core: Helping clients design, architect and scale their enterprise and manufacturing technology landscape, addressing business and operational challenges while defining the journey from current state to an integrated technology North Star. Applying standard architecture frameworks and principles (like ISA-95 etc.) to define logical technology layers, system boundaries, integration patterns and information flows across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, historians, IIoT platforms, edge and shop-floor systems.
- Generative AI & Agentic AI-led Industrial Transformation: Identifying and prioritizing high-value AI opportunities across manufacturing and operations, including production optimization, quality, maintenance, supply chain, engineering and workforce productivity. Assessing AI readiness and defining the data, technology and governance foundations required for enterprise-scale adoption.
- Smart Manufacturing & Industry 4.0:



Supporting clients in defining and implementing Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 strategies encompassing connected operations, Industrial IoT, digital thread, digital twins, manufacturing control towers, advanced analytics, automation and AI-enabled operations.
- Industrial Technology Consulting: Addressing manufacturing-specific challenges through technology and architecture interventions, including MES/MOM strategy, platform and vendor selection, plant modernization, brownfield integration, legacy modernization, industrial data platforms and IT–OT integration.
- Enterprise Growth & Innovation: Helping industrial clients build capabilities for technology-led growth and operational excellence by identifying, validating and scaling emerging technologies across plants, products, engineering and supply-chain ecosystems.

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

- Leverage deep experience across Technology Strategy, IT–OT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, including Digital & Technology Strategy, manufacturing technology transformation, target-state architecture, AI/Agentic Architecture, Cloud Transformation, Application Portfolio Optimization, technical debt and business/value case development.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of manufacturing IT–OT architecture and ISA-95, including the interaction between enterprise systems and operational technologies across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, PLC/DCS, historians, IIoT, edge and industrial data platforms.
- Bring practical experience in IT–OT assessment and transformation, including current-state maturity assessments, capability and architecture baselining, gap identification, target-state definition and development of prioritized transformation roadmaps.
- Understand industrial technology trends and Industry 4.0 concepts such as Smart Factory, IIoT, Digital Thread, Digital Twin, Unified Namespace, Manufacturing Control Towers, edge/cloud computing, industrial data platforms and AI-enabled operations.
- Thrive as a long-term trusted advisor to manufacturing executives and technology leaders, bringing perspectives on evolving industrial technology trends and translating technology opportunities into measurable business and operational outcomes.
- Develop industry-specific technology solutions and value propositions addressing manufacturing priorities such as productivity, quality, asset reliability, energy efficiency, supply-chain resilience, workforce enablement and operational agility.
- Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains
- Create expert content and executive-ready deliverables, leveraging advanced presentation, storytelling, public speaking and communication skills to facilitate C-suite and senior leadership discussions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Industrial Manufacturing sector, manufacturing value chains, plant operations and associated technology ecosystems,



functioning as a subject-matter advisor to senior client leadership.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and value-case development, while leading proposals, solution shaping and go-to-market activities to originate and capture new client opportunities.
- Demonstrate a collaborative and team-oriented leadership style, working effectively across multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, engineering, operations and industry specialists.
