Looking to build a career in banking telesales? Teleperformance is hiring Telecalling / Telesales Executives for the SBI Banking Process in Marathahalli, Bangalore! In this role, you will interact with banking customers, introduce them to banking products, and guide them through sales and service inquiries over the phone.
Shift Timings
- Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shifts)
- Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Compensation & Allowances
- Base Salary: ₹20,000 CTC per month (Approx. ₹16,000 Take-Home)
- Language Allowance: ₹1,800
- Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to promote and cross-sell SBI banking products and services.
- Deliver accurate product information and address customer queries clearly.
- Maintain quality standards during calls as per process metrics.
- Update interaction notes accurately in internal systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (Any discipline).
- Experience: Freshers can apply (0 to 5 years experience).
- Age Limit: 18 – 29 years.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English combined with any one of the following regional languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Skill / Quality Requirement: Versant Voice Level 4 (VETI 4).
