We are looking for an accomplished academic leader to drive academic excellence, strengthen academic governance, and lead the effective implementation of the University's academic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

n
Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, and academic quality initiatives.
n
Strengthen teaching-learning processes and monitor academic outcomes.
n
Coordinate with Deans, HoDs, CoE, IQAC, and academic committees.
n
Drive curriculum innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and implementation of NEP 2020.
n
Ensure compliance with UGC and other applicable regulatory requirements.
n
Support accreditation,



academic audits, faculty development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility:

n

n
Ph.D. from a recognized university.
n
Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience with significant academic leadership experience.
n
Experience as Dean / Director Academics / senior academic administrator preferred.
n
Robust understanding of UGC regulations, NEP 2020, accreditation, and academic quality frameworks.
n
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
