Process & SOP Management: Competence in drafting, updating, and maintaining SOPs with change control.

Communication Skills: Robust written and verbal communication for internal and client interactions.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
