- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation and logistics processes.
- Configure and customize SAP TM based on business requirements.
- Design and implement transportation planning, freight order management, freight settlement, charge management, and carrier selection processes.
- Work on end-to-end SAP TM implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP EM, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Configure master data including business partners, transportation lanes, transportation zones, locations, carriers, and resources.
- Support transportation planning, optimizer configuration, tendering, execution, and freight settlement.
- Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Perform unit testing,



integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, training materials, and user guides.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role Primary Skill: SAP TM Configuration knowledge, RICEF,

Secondary Skill: SAP Logistics & SAP SD knowledge

- Solid experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
- Expertise in transportation planning, freight order management, freight settlement, and charge management.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM or embedded TM.
