- Interpret design, development, and delivery of Compensation, Variable Pay and reward programs
- Ability to analyse and administer the company’s compensation plans for business, ensuring internal and external equity.
- Troubleshoot issues related to compensation data management, reporting, and analytics within the SAP system.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable pay.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation OR Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
