SAP SuccessFactors HR Operations Productivity Specialist

Location: Remote – India

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to optimize HR operations, improve agent productivity, automate processes, and enhance HR service delivery using SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze HR processes such as case management, employee queries, onboarding, and data entry to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Design and configure SuccessFactors solutions to streamline HR operations and reduce manual effort.
- Configure and optimize Employee Central, Employee Central Service Center (ECSC), Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management .
- Implement workflows, approvals, self-service capabilities, knowledge articles, and guided procedures.
- Leverage SuccessFactors reporting and analytics to monitor productivity, service quality, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow with other HR systems.




- Train and support HR Operations teams on new processes and SuccessFactors functionality.
- Drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and process optimization.
- Maintain solution documentation and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation experience.
- Solid experience with Employee Central, ECSC, and/or Onboarding .
- Strong HR process analysis and technical solution design skills.
- Experience with process improvement, automation, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience with ticketing/case management systems and reporting/analytics tools is preferred.
