About the Role The Quantum Core Technologies is looking for an experienced SAP Solutions Architect – ERP & Integration to help design and build scalable technical solutions across enterprise ERP and integration ecosystems.

This role is focused on architecting SAP integrations, developing reusable integration frameworks, supporting complex customer environments, and partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Solution Consulting teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, MM and FI, along with a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data models, and middleware technologies.

You will play a key role in transforming complex customer requirements into standardized, scalable, and repeatable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Integration Architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba environments.
- Architect integrations using technologies such as IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData APIs, REST APIs, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI.
- Define integration standards, technical patterns, data mappings, and best practices.
- Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

ERP & Business Process Expertise

- Leverage strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Financial Accounting (FI) processes.
- Understand procurement, purchasing, vendor, material, invoice, financial, and related ERP business processes.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate technical and integration architectures.
- Analyze SAP data structures and identify reusable integration and mapping patterns.

Customer & Solution Architecture

- Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand complex technical environments and requirements.




- Analyze existing ERP landscapes and recommend appropriate integration approaches.
- Participate in technical discovery, solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
- Translate complex technical concepts into transparent recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pre-Sales & Technical Consulting

- Partner with Business Development and Account teams during pre-sales engagements.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and evaluate customer ERP/integration landscapes.
- Develop solution approaches, integration architectures, technical documentation, and implementation recommendations.
- Support technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and customer discussions.

Product & Engineering Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration solutions with product architecture.
- Identify recurring customer requirements and convert them into reusable integration assets.
- Provide technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on real-world implementation requirements.
- Help establish technical standards that can be applied consistently across future implementations.

Integration Troubleshooting & Optimization

- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across SAP and external applications.
- Analyze API responses, XML/JSON payloads, logs, IDocs, and integration errors.
- Identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
- Continuously improve integration processes, documentation, templates, and technical standards.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP ERP integrations, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA,



and/or SAP Ariba.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM and FI modules and associated business processes.
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as:
- IDocs
- BAPI/RFC
- OData APIs
- REST APIs
- SAP BTP
- SAP CPI
- Experience with ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration.
- Strong understanding of XML, JSON, REST-based integrations, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience working with API documentation and technical specifications.
- Ability to test, troubleshoot, and diagnose integration failures.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data models and data mapping.
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Consulting, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP Ariba integrations.
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms and enterprise integration middleware.
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party procurement, finance, HR, CRM, or enterprise applications.
- Experience working with cloud-based ERP and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of additional ERP ecosystems such as Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers during pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Experience creating reusable integration templates, frameworks, or technical accelerators.
