Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP SD processes and implementation.
- Support SAP S/4HANA projects, including at least one full-cycle project.
- Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Work on Sales Order processing, including order types and item categories.
- Work with Pricing procedures, condition techniques, and outputs.
- Support Delivery, Shipping, and Billing processes.
- Work with Output Management, with BRF+ preferred.
- Work with Business Partner (BP) and customer master data in S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain business teams.
- Support SD integration with FI and MM.
- Work with interfaces and integrations, including IDoc / API awareness.
- Support UAT, business testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Prepare documentation and communicate effectively.
