Hiring: Sales Head – SAP Solutions & Services

nRole: Sales Head

nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, business development, market expansion and sales strategy for the SAP Solutions & Services business.

n

n Key Responsibilities:

n

n Own sales strategy, revenue targets and P&L; for the SAP business.

nDrive sales across SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, AMS, Cloud & Consulting Services.

n Develop new business opportunities and expand existing enterprise accounts.

nBuild strong CXO-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs and COOs.

n Lead large and complex deals including RFPs, solutioning, negotiations and closures.

nBuild, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.

n Manage and strengthen SAP partner/alliance relationships and joint GTM initiatives.

nOwn pipeline management, forecasting, pricing and deal governance.

n Drive market expansion across new industries and geographies.

n

n Ideal Candidate:

n





n10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Technology / IT Services Sales.

n Solid experience in SAP Solutions & Services Sales.

nExposure to SAP offerings such as S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.

n Proven experience in P&L;/revenue ownership and achieving large sales targets.

nStrong enterprise/CXO network and large-deal closure experience.

n Experience managing and scaling sales teams.

nExperience with an SAP Partner / System Integrator / Global IT Services organization is preferred.

n* MBA/Engineering/Computer Science background preferred.
