As an SAP SD Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing SAP Sales and Distribution processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires hands-on experience in sales order processing, delivery, billing, pricing, output management, customer master, enterprise structure, and integration with SAP MM and FI modules.

You will work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and technical support teams to analyze business requirements, resolve incidents, support change requests, assist with S/4HANA migration activities, prepare documentation, conduct end-user training, and ensure smooth go-live and hypercare support. The role also involves production support, ticket management, data loading, mass changes, process documentation, and continuous improvement of SAP SD business processes.

Responsibilities

- Work as an SAP SD functional consultant supporting AMS, L2 support, implementation, and business process support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP SD processes based on client needs.
- Configure and support sales documents, item categories, schedule lines, pricing, output management, customer master, and enterprise structure.
- Handle incident management and change management activities while ensuring timely resolution within defined service levels.
- Troubleshoot SAP SD production issues, perform root cause analysis,



and coordinate with business and technical teams for resolution.
- Support SAP SD integration with MM and FI modules for end-to-end business process execution.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration activities and support transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Support go-live, post-go-live, and hypercare phases as a key functional support resource.
- Perform mass data processing, data loading, and mass changes using LSMW and MASS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and client users to improve process efficiency and user experience.
- Support knowledge transfer, mentor team members, and act as a key contact during deployment and support activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of overall professional experience, including hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, production support, and business process support.
- Robust understanding of SAP SD processes including sales order management, delivery, billing, pricing, output management, customer master, and enterprise structure.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC support, migration, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration, legacy system transition, and deployment support.
- SAP SD certification and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition – Sales certification are preferred.
