Job Title: SAP S/4HANA QA Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA QA Automation Engineer to support and enhance an existing Panaya-based test automation framework. The role involves designing and maintaining automated test cases, validating end-to-end SAP business processes, executing functional and regression testing, and troubleshooting automation issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



maintain, and execute automated test cases for SAP S/4HANA business processes.
- Enhance and maintain the existing Panaya-based test automation framework.
- Automate end-to-end SAP business process workflows across relevant modules.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze test failures, troubleshoot automation issues, and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate test scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through the testing lifecycle.
- Maintain test scripts, test data, execution results, and automation documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and execution time.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate test script development and improve productivity.
- Support test planning, execution reporting, and continuous improvement of QA automation practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA functional and automation testing.
- Experience with Panaya test automation is preferred.
- Exposure to Tricentis Tosca or other SAP test automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong experience in test case design, automation script development, execution, and defect management.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP business process and regression testing.
- Good understanding of SAP testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding/development tools, such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
