Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes (HORECA) industry.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage employee-related activities effectively. Fluency in Malayalam and Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
Support hiring and manpower requirements as needed.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Handle attendance, leave,



and other employee-related records.
Support employee engagement and workplace coordination.
Assist in resolving routine employee queries and concerns.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS as required.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in the Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes (HORECA) industry is mandatory.
Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
Valuable Hindi communication is Required.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination and organizational abilities.
Comfortable working from the office.
Must be willing to attend a Face-to-Face interview.
