? Hiring: SAP 3PL Integration Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP 3PL Integration Project Manager to manage and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA/ECC and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integration projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 successful 3PL implementation experiences and strong experience in project planning, integration delivery, testing, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end SAP 3PL integration projects from scope, design, build, testing, and go-live through hypercare.
- Drive project execution using SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Manage external 3PL vendors, including technical capabilities, API/EDI specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including:
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP EWM
- SAP TM
- Corporate Logistics
- Middleware / Integration teams
- Work with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, and Boomi.
- Oversee interface mapping for key supply-chain messages, including:
- Inbound Delivery
- Goods Receipt
- Outbound Shipping Instructions
- Inventory Synchronization




- Tracking & Status Updates
- Define and manage End-to-End (E2E) testing strategy.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, integration testing, volume/stress testing, and defect resolution.
- Manage project risks related to data mismatches, system downtime, warehouse operations, and cutover.
- Lead change management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure successful delivery of standard SAP 3PL integration touchpoints.
