About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP PPM implementation projects as well as Application Management Support (AMS) engagements. This role involves solution design, configuration, deployment, testing, support, and continuous improvement of SAP PPM and SAP Project System (PS) solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP PPM implementation projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and solution design workshops.
- Configure and implement Portfolio Management, Portfolio Buckets, Item & Initiative Management, Financial Planning, Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, Demand & Opportunity Management.
- Support ECC to S/4HANA transformation and migration initiatives.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations.
- Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Project Budgeting, Cost Planning, Settlement, Results Analysis.
- Integrate SAP PPM with SAP PS, FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM/SuccessFactors, Enterprise Portfolio & Resource Management solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PPM and PS applications.
- Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Manage service requests, enhancements, change requests, and support activities.
- Support month-end and year-end project closing activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.




- Support cutover planning, data migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP PPM/PS implementation projects.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP Application Support (AMS) experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS).
- Experience integrating SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM/SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Expertise in Portfolio Definition & Governance, Resource Planning, Capacity Planning, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Project Costing, Results Analysis, Project Settlement.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
- Solid stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience conducting workshops and independently driving solution discussions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to SAP PPM and SAP PS.
- Understanding of CDS Views,



workflow concepts, and SAP Activate methodology.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP integration capabilities is desirable.
- Strong documentation, testing, deployment, and support experience.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of leading solution delivery initiatives.
