ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM / FI-CA Manager with 10–13 years of SAP experience and strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM and FI-CA implementation projects.

The candidate should have experience in leading BRIM/FI-CA workstreams, solution design, client discussions, team management, and end-to-end implementation activities. The ideal candidate should be currently working on an SAP BRIM implementation project, preferably on S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP BRIM / FI-CA implementation projects and functional workstreams.
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live.
- Provide functional and solution leadership across SAP BRIM components.
- Work extensively with SAP FI-CA, Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC) and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Design and implement end-to-end subscription billing, invoicing and receivables processes.
- Lead integration between BRIM, FI-CA, SD and other SAP components.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and prepare functional/solution documentation.
- Manage and mentor SAP BRIM/FI-CA consultants and coordinate across technical and functional teams.
- Review functional specifications, configurations,



test scenarios and implementation deliverables.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Handle complex production/implementation issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders and project teams for successful delivery.
- Contribute to solution architecture, estimation, planning and project governance.
- Support presales activities including solution discussions, proposals, RFPs and client presentations where required.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in SAP BRIM.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA.
- Good experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Good understanding of SAP Convergent Charging (CC).
- Good understanding of Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Billable Items (BITs)
- Billing and invoicing
- Contract Accounts
- Account determination
- Payments and clearing
- Dunning
- Receivables
- FI-CA / FI-GL integration
- Subscription billing
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations.
- Strong understanding of BRIM integration with SAP SD and FI-CA.

Leadership Requirements

- Experience leading SAP BRIM / FI-CA teams or workstreams.
- Ability to manage and mentor functional consultants.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple project teams/workstreams.
- Ability to own functional delivery from requirement gathering through go-live.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Current or recent experience in an SAP BRIM implementation project.
- Experience in S/4HANA BRIM implementation/migration.
- SAP BRIM/FI-CA certification is an advantage.
- Experience in consulting organizations or large-scale transformation projects.
- Exposure to RFPs, presales and solutioning is an advantage.

Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
