SAP IS-Oil

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Oil Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP solutions for our oil and gas operations. The ideal candidate will bridge business processes in the downstream oil and gas value chain with SAP functionality, ensuring seamless integration across logistics, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP IS-Oil modules including TD (Trader’s & Scheduler’s Workbench), TAS (Terminal

Automation System integration), Exchanges, Pricing, and Fuels Grid
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional/technical specifications
- Integrate IS-Oil with core SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO) for downstream operations
- Manage bulk/packed product movements, quantity/quality management, and excise duty processes
- Support exchange agreements, netting, and third-party billing processes
- Handle master data setup (material master, location determination, tariffs)




- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live/cutover activities
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and IT

Required Skills & Qualifications
- SAP implementation/support, with at least 2 years in IS-Oil
- Solid knowledge of downstream oil & gas business processes (terminal operations, exchanges, pricing, excise duty)
- Hands-on experience with SAP IS-Oil TD/TSW, Fuels Grid, or S/4HANA equivalent
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party terminal automation systems (TAS)
- Solid understanding of SD, MM, and FI/CO as they relate to oil & gas
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- SAP certification in IS-Oil or S/4HANA (preferred)
