Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP + Fiori Developer to design, develop, and support SAP applications using ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services. The role involves working closely with functional teams to deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions across SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance SAP ABAP objects: reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Build and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, and CSS. Develop, expose, and consume OData services using SAP Gateway and SAP NetWeaver. Configure and manage Fiori Launchpad tiles, catalogs, groups, roles, and authorizations. Extend standard Fiori applications using adaptation projects, in-app extensibility, and custom development. Work with CDS Views, AMDP, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, and APIs for data integration and performance optimization. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Perform debugging, unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.



Ensure code quality through ABAP best practices, peer reviews, and technical documentation. Support SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, and upgrade activities where applicable.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. Expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services. Experience with SAP Gateway, Fiori Launchpad configuration, and role-based access. Knowledge of ABAP OO, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, BTEs, and implicit/explicit enhancements. Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and S/4HANA development concepts. Proficiency in reports, ALV, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, and interfaces. Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills. Knowledge of Git, SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse ADT, and SAP Web IDE is preferred. Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, EWM, or HCM is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, or S/4HANA is desirable. Experience with SAP BTP, SAP CAP, RAP, and SAP Build is an added advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience
- 38 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData development.
