Responsibilities and required skills

- Work with onsite FICO team in managing support and delivery for the SAP FICO stream.
- Coordinate with various other teams to understand the possible cross-functional impactsand mitigate risks.
- Analyze incident trends, and design solutions to address root causes and improve thesystem. Work with the team to develop, test, and implement these solutions.
- Participate in deployment for change requests to production and post deployment support.
- Update system documentation and training documents/user manual for projects• Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP FI/CO configuration)• Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAPservices are available and reliable to meet business expectations.
- Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly.
- Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
- Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality,



knowledge,and training.Eligibility:
- 7 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Effective Verbal and written communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Centre & Cost Centre Accounting,Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
- Robust knowledge of integration between logistics / Sales and Production modules withFI/CO.
- Exposure to interfaces /data extracts techniques.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading or coordinating small to medium projects in SAPFICO.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, development, and implementation of SAP FI COmodules and have assisted multiple SAP rollouts with at least 3 end to end SAPimplementations.
- Experience and proficiency in configuration of the following FICO modules ECC 6.0& S4• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross functionalproject teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
